APPOINTMENTS
I
use an online appointment system since it's so much easier than playing
phone tag with each other. Appointments can be scheduled 24 hours a day
online by using the link below.
MAKE SURE YOU GET AN E-MAIL
CONFIRMATION for your appointment. If you do not receive one you may
NOT
have an appointment. Please check your JUNK MAIL if you do not get one
in your inbox. These e-mails will come from Genbook.com.
Since
this software has to work with some rules, it only schedules along the
specifications I set for it. If there is something you need to change,
i.e. an appointment time at 2:15 pm instead of 2:30 pm, make the best
appointment time here and leave me a note or call me and I'll see if I
can accommodate you.
It can take me up to 24 hours to return your
call. It is nothing personal and I do care that you called! I am a one
person private practice and my focus is on the client I am currently
with. Thank you for your understanding.
I require 24 hour
cancellation of appointments or you will be charged for your missed
appointment time if I am not able to fill your spot from my waiting
list.
If you are late you will be seen for the balance of your remaining
appointment time and charged the full amount.
All
of the information you enter in this schedule is confidential and will
not be shared with anyone else. When you make your appointment there
will be a place for you to send me a note if you like.
